INTRODUCTION

1750-1783

Even though women were "legally Barred" from all forms of public and political events, they were a huge asset and played a important role during the revolutionary war.
Some examples were that women produced food for the soldiers, spying on the British, they also served in the armed forces, disguised as men. Although it did change the lives of many women that were loyal to the crown in many devastating ways.
